How To Use Troubleshooter
One of Gabriel’s perks, Troubleshooter, can be very helpful for new Survivors. The Survivor can see the Killer’s glow for the next 6 seconds after dropping a pallet. Getting more information about the Killer can help the Survivor plan their next steps in a much better way. If the Killer is going to try to trick the Survivor into thinking something or break the box, the Survivor can just keep running. If the Killer is getting ready for their next attack, the Survivor will know where to go to avoid it.
Troubleshooter is also a great perk for Survivors who are on their own. Troubleshooter will let the Survivor briefly see the glow of the Generator that is making the most progress when they start a chase. This means that the Survivor can keep their friends safe and buy them some time by not bringing the Killer to them.
Best Perks To Combine With Troubleshooter
Windows of Opportunity, Off the Record, and Deliverance are some of the best Dead by Daylight perks to use with Troubleshooter. Windows of Opportunity lets the Survivor see the aura of any nearby windows or barrels, so they’ll always know where to go. With Deliverance, the player can safely unhook themselves, giving the Survivor’s friends even more time.
Lastly, Off the Record will keep the Survivor safe and give them Endurance for a short time after they unhook themselves. This could give them even more time to distract the Killer.
How To Use Scavenger
Scavenger has caused a lot of debate in the Dead By Daylight community since it was added to the End Transmission PTB (Public Test Build). If a player has a bag equipped, they can use the perk. Once they’ve used up all the charges on the toolbox, they need to pass 4 Great Skill Checks. Once the player has done this, the charges in their kit will be returned.
To get the most out of this perk, bring some of Dead By Daylight‘s more powerful toolboxes. Especially ones with less charges. So, the player can use up their original charges and get them back as quickly as possible. By using Scavenger, players can cut a lot of time off of a Generator.
Best Perks To Combine With Scavenger
Players in Dead by Daylight who want to get the most out of Scavenger’s abilities should use perks like This Is Not Happening and Stake Out to help them pass Great Skill Checks. These perks can make it much easier to hit those smaller Skill Checks. This Is Not Happening increases the area for hitting Great Skill Checks. While Stake Out will automatically hit them for the player.
But more experienced players may not need as much help to get Great Skill Checks. In this case, getting Great Skill Checks is rewarded by perks like Hyperfocus, Fogwise. And Fast Track, which work well with Scavenger.
How To Use Made For This
Made For This is one of Gabriel Soma’s best perks, if not the best. When the person is in the Injured state, Made For gives them a 3% Haste effect. This perk may not seem like it makes a big difference. But it can kill some of the slower Killers and give the Survivor a lot of space between them and the Killer.
This perk is especially helpful for new players because it doesn’t take much to turn it on. In most Dead By Daylight games, it’s inevitable that Survivors will get hurt at some point. This means that as long as they are hurt, they get a free speed boost that lasts as long as they are hurt.
You can also use Made For This as a kindness perk. It also gives the player the Endurance status benefit for 10 seconds after healing another Survivor. Endurance stops the player from losing a health state and instead uses Deep Wound. This means they can take a hit for other Survivors close, giving them a chance to get away.
Best Perks To Combine With Made For This
Players of Dead By Daylight will want to stay hurt as long as possible to get the most out of Made For This. Survivors get the great benefit of Resilience if they stay hurt. It gives a boost to some Action skills. Which makes it much easier and better for the player to not heal.
Players who want to get the most out of their speed boost can also run Hope next to it. Once the Exit Gates are turned on, Hope gives the player 7% more haste. When this is combined with Made For This, it gives the player a huge 10% speed boost at the end of Tunnel Rush. This is one of the best ways to speed up a Survivor in Dead by Daylight.
Empathy is a great choice for players who want to make the most of the Endurance effect that Made For This gives them. Empathy lets the player see the hurt Survivors’ auras. This makes it easy to find them and help them get better quickly. We’ll Make It is a great way for the player to speed up their own healing and help hurt Survivors get better after they’ve been unhooked.
Right now, you can play Dead by Daylight on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Switch, mobile, and mobile phones.
